Raia Inn Penang

The location is closed to the airport. Nestled within residential and commercial arwa and also a green hill. Ample open car park and secured. First impressions were good, with a nice modern lobby and reception area. Thanks to Mr Bisrul, who takes time to explain about the hotel and upgrade our room to a bigger room as the family rooms were all taken up. It is spacious with a large sofa cum sofa bed. We requested an additional blanket and was delivered within 20 minutes, I was impressed considering the peak season. Honestly, I was very impressed with their staff, such as En Hakemi and Cik Sakinah, at the cafeteria who were working tirelessly to get the guest to have the best experience during breakfast.

The room was spacious and comfy,toilet was clean and spacious.Pool was amazing,staff were courteous and accommodating.Parking was aplenty and safe as they were gated.Nearby to eateries outside the main entrance and nearby to the airport.Deffinitely coming back for my quarterly heal trip.

Everything we needed for an overnight stay before returning to the airport. Quite large room, comfortable bed and pillows, great shower. We also had a meal at lunchtime in the restaurant and it was delicious. The taxi we booked didn't turn up and reception kindly arranged for us to be transferred. Thank you.
